I have 30 years of quality experience managing international, national and local events and put it to work helping our clients achieve their conference goals.
Junior Conference Manager
I recognize the importance of relationship building and its correlation to the creation of memorable experiences. It is what drives my passion in the world of conferences and events. For the entire conference journey, I bring an intentional and deliberate focus on care and compassion, which has become a cornerstone of my collaborative approach to event management. .
Good fortune is what happens when opportunity meets planning. With many years under my belt in the banquet industry, and my business acumen, I strive in providing utmost care in preparing conferences for our clients. My schooling and experience complement my desire for success.
Technical Support Specialist
My background in computer engineering and interests in music and music-making gadgets have enabled me to support my clients with a creative approach to solving their technical problems.
Whether it be reviewing contracts or compiling financial statements, our client’s goals and interests are at the heart of my work. I ensure our client finances are sound and that our buyers and suppliers needs are met on time, as well as on budget.
Cendrine De Vis
When it comes to planning and organizing conferences, I’m a master of detail. I love putting all of the pieces together, and strive to create a unique, custom experience for each conference. I enjoy seeing months of hard work pay off at an event — and delegates having a wonderful time.
Junior Conference & Association Manager
My passion for conferences and events comes from my love of relationship building and the opportunities it provides to bring people together. I love taking a project from early discussions, through the entire planning stage and seeing the finished product come to life at the live event. The satisfaction at the end of a conference from delegates, suppliers and most importantly clients is what drives me and makes me passionate about my work in this industry.
I love all of the detail orientated work that goes into planning a conference. With my background experience in marketing and event planning, I’m excited to be apart of the Podium team and to be able to put my skillset to the test!

Senior Conference Manager
I love the challenge of conference management — guiding client projects and keeping things on track from start to finish, culminating in a successful event. I collaborate closely with our clients and aim to be a reassuring presence in our work together.
I have been fortunate to pursue my career in an industry I am so passionate about. Events and Conferences are so important for building the relationships and bridges that will change the world. I am so excited to be a part of a fantastic team that has the privilege to facilitate that change.
Special Projects Coordinator
I love being able to bring a client’s vision to life and organize successful and meaningful conferences that connect people from all over the world. My quick problem-solving skills and attention to detail allow me to support each client’s needs and it’s such a rewarding feeling to engage with delegates and see how everyone’s hard work has paid off.
I provide support to team members by handling email and phone correspondence, preparing for conferences (I’m the name badge queen), and sourcing on-site services. My favourite part of the job is being on-site at a conference and meeting face to face with the people I’ve been communicating with via email for months.
