DE ARMOND MANAGEMENT is the sole owner of the information collected on http://www.dearmondmanagement.com. DE ARMOND MANAGEMENT collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site. If you use our on-line services, we ask you for your name, firm or company affiliation, email address, mailing address, telephone number and fax number. This information allows us to ensure that you are able to access and use our on-line services such as Conference and Event Registration, Abstract/Paper Submission and E-newsletters and for us to contact you regarding these service offerings.

We create user accounts to tailor the information displayed to each individual user and as applicable to the users. We store information that we collect through a user's interaction with our web site(s) to create a profile of our users. Third Party Advertising
We do not do any external advertisement. We do not aggregate (gather up data across all user accounts) information and provide information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third party for promotional purposes.
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We send all new members a welcoming email. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and in a periodic newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications (a user can opt out of the newsletter in our “profile” section.)

We partner with other third parties such as Beanstream Inc. and Passkey Inc. to provide specific services. The user may need to sign up to these particular services. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
In the event DE ARMOND MANAGEMENT goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. We currently purchase third party marketing data and add it to our existing user database to better target our advertising and provide pertinent offers we think our users would be interested in.
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as name, postal code, zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information.
